South West Document Management has been working with Link Telemarketing for over a year now. When we first started we were achieving 2% response rates. After working closely with the team at Link, providing feedback and modifying sales campaigns to work with, and support our telemarketing activities, we have managed to push response rates up to a tremendous 9%! From the first meeting and trial campaign planning, Link have been fabulous. They grasped our USPs and have taken what is a complicated pitch, making it simple for potential clients to understand our points of difference. The people I have met have been well briefed on TVS, the transition from meet and greet through to sale has been eased significantly as a result. We now consider LINK as an integral part of our organisation. During their first campaign for us their telesales personnel generated 4 new orders per hour which gave us a staggering increase of 20%. Additionally, their tenacious approach resulted in Sainsburys taking 5 product lines.

Although an external agency, working with Link was made easy through their professional approach and attention to detail. They took the time at the outset to really understand the brief and the nuances of our organisation, and delivered excellent results
