Campaign/Objective

Generating opt-in to newsletters and information sheets primarily via email with established businesses who have had no contact with Business Link for a minimum of 12 months; updating core data details; data capture of ethnicity and gender of board; verification of company status and number of employees.

Campaign Duration

April 06 (ongoing).

Results

Penetration records: 1000 Customers per month (customer opted in to either receive e-newsletter and/or briefing sheets, plus data capture on those records).
Requested Business Link Advisor to call to discuss immediate/imminent issues: 50-70 per month
Requests for Pre-Start information packs: 100 packs per month.

Growth/Intensive Assistance Referral Generation

Campaign/Objective

For businesses perceived to be of high potential, Business Link offered an intensive assistance program including diagnostics assistance, and a business review, plus intensive assistance thereafter.

Results

A or B level Referrals: Approximately 70 referrals per month
Data cleansing and update: Approximately 200 additional records per month (updated contact details, invalid numbers identified, email addresses updated, etc)

Train to Gain Campaign

Campaign/Objective

The overall marketing message is to promote awareness of the benefits and existence of government funded training for employees and management; to generate referrals and event attendance based on genuine interest and commitment to explore these opportunities further.

Benchmarking Campaign

Campaign/Objective

Targetting medium sized manufacturers, Links objective was to explore their interest and requirement for a diagnostic based on Benchmarking, and generate VERY high quality, physical, diarised appointments for advisors to attend. The subsequent appointments resulted in an almost 100% sign up on the first visit by the consultants.
