How does this work?

Once we understand your target market, the unique selling points of your product, and the profile of your prospective customers, we will guarantee the number of successes we will achieve as part of our proposal/contract for an initial 10 day trial. This means, should we fail to achieve this minimum, you don’t pay.

In this way, you can be assured of results – and only pay when Link hit the target!

SERVICES FOR SMEs:

Appointment Generation – We contact targeted customers, generate diarised appointments with decision makers who are genuinely interested in your product and supply your field salesforce with important background information on each appointment. If you require, we can even supply recordings of the calls, so your salesforce know EXACTLY what was discussed.

Product Promotion – We contact targeted customers, promote your product, and secure orders. We then pass these orders to your processing and distribution network.

Market Research – Whether you want to know what your existing customers think of you, or the needs of the market prior to launching a new product, we can formulate the right questions and present analysed results to give you the information you need.

Exhibition & Special Event Invitation – No matter how well organised, many seminars, exhibitions and special events can deliver unexpectedly disappointing attendance numbers. We contact invitees and boost interest, matching their needs with the relevant benefits of the event, not only increasing visitor attendance but also providing the event organiser with realistic attendance figures.

Data Cleansing – Are you wasting time and money sending mail-shots to customers who have gone out of business or moved? Perhaps you want your existing customer list updated with current email addresses for future marketing email-shots. We quickly work through each record, updating existing information and capturing new data as required.

  • Elements of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) for effective communication
  • 6 step approach to sales skills
  • Monitoring and coaching support for each staff member in all areas of their work
